The Denali Deliveries Story
The training ground for Santa's team since before anyone was counting,
has always been America's tallest mountain.
When the temperatures in Denali dip below zero degrees,
Santa's helpers start to train for adverse winter condition deliveries.
Between the lower mountain's evergreen trees,
you will find reindeer and elf teams dodging trunks and limbs,
preparing for difficult landings on Christmas eve.
On the highest ridges and bowls the elves and the great Claus himself,
ski run after run to insure they are in peak shape and health.
Loaded with present filled back packs,
everyone rises early and breaks tracks.
Miner's lights strapped to their heads,
fog lights ready and pointing straight ahead,
they tread where few other creatures have been.
This land of steep peaks is not for the weak,
at times it is so cold that normal creatures would instantly freeze.
But the beauty of the place and the vast nature of the space,
is what everyone of Santa's team enjoys and anxiously awaits,
making Denali one of their most cherished favorite place.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Since this order is meant as a reservation of a specific product for a specific customer, we are unable to offer you the ability to cancel the order once you have placed it. If you experience any damage during shipping, please contact us within 10 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue. When you pre-order a product through The Lamp Stand you are allowing us to reserve that product or products for you to ship when we receive the item from the manufacturer. This ensures you will not miss out on receiving a product which has limited availability. Payment for the product is due at the time of the order.
The date listed on the pre-order form for the product is an estimate of when we will ship the product based on when we have been told the manufacturer will ship the product to us. Delays from the manufacturer will likely create delays in receiving your product. We will take all efforts to communicate changes in the logistical schedule as we receive them from the manufacturer. However, we cannot guarantee a product you pre-order will arrive by a specific date. In the event the manufacturer cancels a shipment or is unable to fulfill an order we have placed with them; you will be informed as soon as possible so you may decide how to proceed.
A pre-order assures you will receive this item when it arrives in our facility. These are items that are collectibles and most likely handmade or items where limited quantities are available. We will ship a pre-order only when we receive all items in your order from the various manufacturers. However, we will begin to ship partial orders after October 28th, regardless of what we have received in our warehouse.
Finally, we do our best to provide an estimated delivery date, however these dates can change due to factors we cannot control. We will do our best to communicate with you when we learn about potential delays.
