The Brite Lite Pine Story
It was many years ago, in a winter covered by the deepest blanket of snow we have ever know between the polar zones, I found myself turned around deep within the forest. I looked to no avail for the markers left earlier on the trail, or for another path that could be shorter, as my feet grew heavy and my heart beat stronger. The long afternoon dimmed to twilight and then quickly fell to a moonless night. Not a sound could be heard, except for the pounding in my ears and chest, as I tried to keep steady with measured breaths. I prayed for peace with whatever was to be next. All the Lords creatures were safely asleep at home. I was lost in the dark and all alone. Then suddenly the Brite Lite Pine arose and shone. It was the most welcome sight I have ever known. The memory remains magical and cherished, of twinkling lights shining in a brilliant chorus. A gold glittering snow cap trimmed tree, appearing in the dark to save me. Thankful,I promised share this story so that others who are lost can have faith, find their Brite Lite, and follow, rejoicing in many happy tomorrows.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Since this order is meant as a reservation of a specific product for a specific customer, we are unable to offer you the ability to cancel the order once you have placed it. If you experience any damage during shipping, please contact us within 10 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue. When you pre-order a product through The Lamp Stand you are allowing us to reserve that product or products for you to ship when we receive the item from the manufacturer. This ensures you will not miss out on receiving a product which has limited availability. Payment for the product is due at the time of the order.
The date listed on the pre-order form for the product is an estimate of when we will ship the product based on when we have been told the manufacturer will ship the product to us. Delays from the manufacturer will likely create delays in receiving your product. We will take all efforts to communicate changes in the logistical schedule as we receive them from the manufacturer. However, we cannot guarantee a product you pre-order will arrive by a specific date. In the event the manufacturer cancels a shipment or is unable to fulfill an order we have placed with them; you will be informed as soon as possible so you may decide how to proceed.
A pre-order assures you will receive this item when it arrives in our facility. These are items that are collectibles and most likely handmade or items where limited quantities are available. We will ship a pre-order only when we receive all items in your order from the various manufacturers. However, we will begin to ship partial orders after October 28th, regardless of what we have received in our warehouse.
Finally, we do our best to provide an estimated delivery date, however these dates can change due to factors we cannot control. We will do our best to communicate with you when we learn about potential delays.
